Educational purpose

Project Cynic provides general education for professional and informational purposes. Content does not constitute individualized medical, mental-health, legal, emergency, or drug-use advice. The site does not create a counselor-client, supervisor-supervisee, physician-patient, or attorney-client relationship.

Continuing-education acceptance

A certificate of completion documents the course completed, instructor, date, and clock hours. It does not guarantee that a licensing board, employer, credentialing body, or other organization will accept those hours. You are responsible for confirming requirements that apply to your profession and jurisdiction before purchase.

Accounts and access

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing
• Keep login credentials private
• Do not share, resell, record, scrape, or redistribute course access
• Notify Project Cynic if you believe an account has been compromised

Intellectual property

Project Cynic course materials, videos, text, graphics, downloads, and the presentation of the DUSEM framework are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Purchasing a course provides a limited, personal, nontransferable right to access the materials during the stated access period. It does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce or teach from the materials commercially.

Payments and refunds

Prices, included materials, access periods, and any taxes are displayed before purchase. Refunds are governed by the posted Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Responsible use

You may not use the site or course materials to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with site security, misrepresent course completion, or create a false certificate or credential.

Availability and changes

Project Cynic may update content, correct errors, change providers, or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance and security. If a material technical failure prevents reasonable course access, Project Cynic will work to restore access, extend the access period, or provide an appropriate refund.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Project Cynic is not responsible for decisions, outcomes, licensing determinations, or damages arising from misuse of general educational content or reliance on content as individualized advice.
